About the Recipe

This 4th of July we all might be spending in much smaller groups than usually. But that is why it is even more important to have great food.

Independence Day in Polish Style! Being from two different cultures is amazing, especially when it comes celebrating federal holidays and important days in either of those cultures. 4th of July is a very special day for all Americans, and I have to say that celebrating that important day always gives me a lot of pleasure.

Ingredients

Salad

5 potatoes (medium, unpeeled, boiled)
1/2 red onion
5 medium polish pickles (cucumbers in brine)
dill
parsley
chives
scallions
1/2 chili
salt & pepper

Sauce

1 tbsp of mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp Greek yogurt (I use whole milk yogurt)

1 tbsp of sparkling water
salt & pepper

Preparation

Potato salad is great for potluck and it is amazing left for few hours in the fridge. So you can prepared it head of time.

Finely chopped red onion, Polish pickles, dill, parsley, chives, scallions, 1/2 chili.
