Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 large eggs
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease the muffin cups with cooking spray.
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.

In a mixer beat the eggs lightly. Add the pumpkin puree and vegetable oil and mix until well combined.
