Sunday Chicken Dinner with roasted vegetables

Ingredients

1 full normal size chicken
3 carrots
2 big celery sticks
1 lemon
4 cloves of garlic
parsley
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp of pepper
1 tbsp of paprika
1 tbsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of onion powder
olive oil
piece of string

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350F. Wash and clean the chicken, you can use gloves while doing that, but you do not have to. Just make sure to wash your hands and everything that the rough chicken touches. Pat it dry.

Step 2

Wash all of the vegetables, and the lemon, and pat them dry. Take the vegetables and cut them into rough big pieces, put them in a bowl and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
In another small ball mix together all the spices and the olive oil.

Step 3

Prepare a baking tray and lay down the chicken, stuff it with parsley and then add a hole lemon. Take the spices and pat it all over the chicken. Tie its legs together.
Add all the vegetables around the baking tray and put it all in the oven. Add the unpeeled garlic.
Bake for 1- 1, 15 min.
